just paid for membership but form wont sumit??

as above.. am i doin something wrong but when i click to sumit my details nutin happens. so i just paid anyways hopefully one of the boys could sort it out for me... cheers

just tried to submit the form also and came back return false. way beyond anything i know but if i just pay for the membership will someone be able to fill in the form for me.
