How can you tell if coil pack is fucked???

Car seems to be missing.Have spark in all four terminals of coil pack.Power going to three plugs ,when you take lead of fourth plug it firs the spark out round the end of the plug lead at coil pack end.

may be a lead or coilpack also.

switched leads around still doing the same thing
