Hi,

Just wondering,

How much lower are the STI spring over standard XT springs on 06 shape Forester

Not sure their lower at all. Dan Forrester STi might still have the ones he took out of his STi. Worth a look if their any different.

Check out www.subaruforester.org and find the European section where you will get all the Foz info you will need. Any pics of the Xt?

It was quoted as being 25mm lower!
Good upgrade, I think I still have mine there,
You can take them and see if they fit, If they do, then throw a few euros (half the price of the cheapest you can find anywhere)
Whiteline conrtol springs are a good fit on them, that's what my car is on now!

[/quote] oh. she is so tuneable! I kept my springs from when i had the car lowered at powerstation ul i have always kept then just incase i ever put her back to standard! Realised recently that that will never happen! I'll ring you later! dan.
