What brakes and discs

Hello all,
My head is done in the last 4 evenings looking at different sites about pads and discs.
I have a 99 type R version 5 and want to upgrade the pads and discs so looking for advice on types and where is the best place
to buy them.
What do ye have and are ye happy with them?
