Can't locate a part number

Hey lads,

I ordered an impreza dashboard fascia from an american dealer (The irish ones were quoting double the price and 4 weeks delivery)
I quoted them part number 66069fe010 as per the number I found on a different website - http://www.subarupartsforyou.com/cp_partdetail.php?partid=15446 The fascia shown in that picture is the exact one that I need.

They sent me the part but it's not like the one pictured, the one they sent me doesn't have the 4 smaller holes or the long thin hole in the bottom section.
I contacted them and they also checked for part number 66069fe060 but they have said that neither of the part numbers looks like the one in the picture above.

Any idea where I would find which part number is correct for the image. The Impreza is a 2006 2litre RX.

Funny I ordered that very part for a theft repair 66069fe010 € 69 and had it the next day from my local dealer .

weird! I actually got it sorted. The american dealer got back to me and had located the part number - 66069FE020. He has sent it on to me so fingers crossed it should be alright!
