Hi,
In typical subaru "lego" form,
Everything shold just bolt on!
It would be a great time to flush new fluid into the system! well worth doing!
Although it's not absolutely nessisery,

Best of luck man!
Dan

Use dot 4, I wouldn't waste my money on dot 3 these days

cheers dan, when you say flush new fluid in is it as simples as draining the old through the lines when i take off the calipers and then toping it up or is it more complicated. i want to try and do it all myself as the rest justs bolts on. ill never learn if i let someone else at it.

thanks can i just put dot 4 in when the tank has been flushed or do i need to get other parts that would be compatable with the 2 pots. i know im seem to be going to alot of bother but better safe than sorry

you can mix DOT3, DOT4, DOT5.1 together but you can NOT mix DOT5 with anything else.

Better off to flush the system with fresh DOT4 and away ya go, you don't need anything else

if you dont know how to flush the system or bleed the brakes dont do it yourself!!!!!!!!

As above!!! not necessary to change the fluid to dot 4, But its a good idea

you cant bleed breaks on your own unless you have specialised equipment!!!! If you are unsure of the process its safer allround to speak to a local garage and have them do THE JOB!!!

If you get the right garage they can let you watch and teach you while they are at it!!!!

Jaysus,
Fair play Lads!
I should have said that myself,
