pads for 06 impreza

hi all

just got the suby back from a service today an was told it needed new front pads.
can anyone recommend a good brand ? its a 2006 1.6 hawkeye
my budget would be about €120 ish for them and can ask my garage to order them instead of them putting on the bog standard make?
also would putting new drilled disks on be any better? would i notice an improved braking effect?

Honestly,
Unless you drive the absolute stones out of her,
Just go to your local Motor factors and get a set of cheapy Apex pads, (maybe €50-60)
Fit them yourself, and be happy!
I use These on me 200 bhp golf, no issues, except if I drive the stones oyt of her for a while, the get spongy.
But cheap and chearful
