Hey lads,

Did anyone ever go about disabling an immobilizer on a classic UK turbo? Looking for a how to.

dont know but would imagine not alot to it as its kind of an after tought on uk cars handiest thing to do would trace back the wires from the key reader at the ignition barrel that will lead you to the box then from there trace the rest of the wires will take a fair bit of stripping inside the car
 
Its not the factory alarm (sigma) that he's talking about, its the transponder key, which i dont think was a kind of after thought the way the alarm was :thumbsup:
 
Why do you want to bypass it , if its for remote start or turbo timer just remove the chip from the key and attach to the aerial on the barrell !
 
happened to me lately . had to get it taken out its not a job anyone could do as all the wireing is black so as u can not tamper, u need an autoelectrican steve
