If i was to go for a 2.5 sti engine would my apexi ecu work?

my car : 98 Impreza STI Type-R 2.0

AFAIK if you are not changing the heads, you won't have to change the wiring loom or the ECU

I'm runing a Power FC with my 2.5 V2 Impreza

It will work no problem at all

It will need a remap to get the best out of the 2.5

No Problem at all. ECU is there and available to be mapped to your current mods...
