brake problem

drove down the shop there a while ago and on the way back tried to stop at a cross roads and the pedal was just solid... just about got car stopped.

pumped it a few times and went out of it but it done it again out the road... press the pedal and its solid and i can hear a sound which i can only describe as a very faint springing sound

is this air in the system???? Or would the servo or master cylinder be on the way out??

SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE SERVO!!!!

Drove it home thismorning and it seems to be braking ok (from what i drove it anyway) but the ABS light is on constantly???

Best thing to do Kev is get someone to check it out for you instead of taking a chance driving.

I say people be along to help you out with whats wrong anyway.

Problem with the abs sensor?? or the Abs unit itself. Plug car into diagnostics and if there is a problem with NY OF THE ABOVE, then it'l defo show up!
