Check For gnawed wires. The cold snap has brought our furry friends seeking shelter.Happened a guy at work,a rat ate through an air vent and demolished the back seat of his 3 yr old car. :shock2:

@ gonzogicker - will check in the morning for gnawed wires

@ Gretts - what exactly would be damp, the wiring?

ye something similar happened to mine when i had it parked up for a few months plus water in the air vents caused by condensation, nothing a bit of driving didn't sort out and blowing heat out the vents to get everything dry,

but you might have different problem...

well i was driving it all day yesterday and had the heat on more or less non stop but it didnt seem to make a difference so it could be something else maybe :wall:

it could be a number of things ,

faulty wiring

faulty relay

fault light stork

the list can go on and on , best to get an auto electrician to have a look at it ,

the last thing u want is an electrical fault in the car
