orange gunk in my expansion tank

Hi lads has anyone come across this before ?
Ive changed the rad and the water pipes and cleaned the expansion tank and refilled with fresh coolant

Its very common, and normally happens from using water, If you flush the rad and engine, clean the expansion bottle and fill with a good quality coolant like Motul Inugel Expert it wont happen again
