Not 100% sure as to how the Guarantee could be handled by Vodaphone Mate so i wont mislead you .
Make me an offer sure if you want or drop me a pm , worst i can do is say no
 
As it is a Manufacturers warrenty there is no need to go back to Vodafone with it.....

So you would be fully covered for Warrenty in that sense
