engine starting prob

hi there lads lately ive noticed the car takes bout longer to start when i turn it over, only when its cold.... always starts thou but just wondering is summit on the way out?
 
only have the car couple months, next service due in 2k
 
would be no harm to change both man have some fuel filters come out of imprezas and often seen cleaner oil filters manky stuff in them and that could be your problem worth a try
