Clutch replacement

My 00 Impreza turbo needs a new clutch. Having rung around a few dealers, the cost seems to vary between about 800 and 1200 euros. Anyone else have a clutch replaced recently ? Are these standard costs ?  One garage told me it's a 7 hour job !!! Located in Dublin.

I had my clutch replaced by GT Performance (George) and I would def recomend. Top job
