forge dump valve

whats up my mate told me he has a forge dump valve said he give it to me for 50 notes i have a 00 legacy running lovley now would this be any good for the car would you get the noise and would you lose any power would any one recomend one of these any help lads thanks

Plenty of lads using dump valves on their cars. Some have opinions about them, some don't. HKS SSQV is a common one on Subaru's. Savage sound from them.
