4 pots from an impreza would probably be the cheapest option on a budget...
Second hand brembo's would be the next stop and probably be best option on a budget... you will have to make sure you're wheels fit over them first though otherwise you'll need new wheels

Just bought a set of Brembo's for my own car. A lot cheaper in the UK than you'll find here.

Fronts are a direct fit as long as they will fit under your wheels. Rears would need a new mount which can be bought easily enough.
