best plugs for 94 legacy turbo

Hey lads,
Need to get new plugs for my legacy and was wondering which are the best to go for? :ponder2:
by the way lads am i in for a nightmare changing these, looks rough ha ha :icon_hang:

depends if its standard or not. but ngk pfr6b for std. have in stk if you need them. bit fiddly to fit, but not bad. just don't do it wen it's hot
 
hey lads, its not exactly standard, k&n intake, ful mongoose system from the turbo back, was told she had an upgraded ecu but but do further investigation into that. how nuch would those plugs cost?
