Motors TV will follow each Round of both EDC and Time Attack and will produce a 30 minute programme for each discipline. The programmes will be aired 2 weeks after the event and take Friday evening primetime slots throughout Europe with EDC one week and Time Attack the following week. The programmes will also be repeated on weekends with various promotional advertisements on the channel throughout the week highlighting the viewing times.

The programmes will be aired throughout UK and *Europe to reach Motors TV’s 16 million subscribing households.

Further details on exact programme timings and schedules will be released shortly.

Andy Barnes & Glen Horncastle issues a joint statement of the news:

"Its been a long time in the making and we have finally been able to have the UK and Europe’s No.1 Drift Championship put on air in the best possible way and more importantly when it was ready for International viewing. Also Motors TV’s coverage of Time Attack demonstrates the momentum it has and the professional level that it has grown to in a short space of time, having its own half hour programme - it’s a huge step for the drivers, teams and the industry as a whole. Our choice of Motors TV was simple, as a petrol-head, you tune in and get exactly what you want to see - cars on track. The Motors TV coverage will now provide us with UK/Europe-wide awareness, in particular supporting and promoting our teams and drivers to the channels 16 million homes. It’s a great step in the right direction and we are pleased to have teamed up with Motors TV knowing their enthusiasm for EDC and Time Attack which has proved crucial to our deal."

Motors TV Head of Programming & Acquisitions:

”Drifting is one of the fastest growing sports on the motorsports scene and we’re delighted to enter this partnership with the highest level of competition in Europe. Our challenge will be to make it as entertaining on TV as it is in real, showing both the high level of skill needed and the atmosphere which is an unbelievable mix of professionalism, adrenalin and fun ! I’m sure this is a great step forward for both Drifting and Time-Attack as well as a great opportunity for Motors TV to broaden its viewership.”

I think it's on Sky alright - just above Eurosport in the sports section. Can't remember the channel number offhand.
I'm sure I saw a time-attack program on it last weekend - broadcast from Saudi Arabia

Yup it's on Sky. As mentioned above, channel 413.
When do they start? Will have to record them.

Could be on NTL sky. Motors TV is not included in the sky sports package so you could get it alright...
