Clutch issue

Took my track car out for a bit of a drive today, not been out since i got it fixed up and painted. For about the first 15 minutes it was going in and out of gear no problem. Then as i went to change from 3rd to 4th the clutch pedal was very hard to move and only moved in stages if you get me. Gears changed fine other than the difficulty with the clutch pedal.

The clutch in the car is an Exeddy and went into the car about 2 months ago, but since then there has been very few miles put on it. Could that be a reason for the pedal to feel like it does? There are no grinding noises etc.

Any ideas what could be causing this problem or any fixes for it? Car is a 96 WRX Impreza.

Clutch Release bearing doin funny things possibly??

Thought the release bearing might have something to do with it. Anyone got any other suggestions?

the bearing must be kicking to one side on the input shaft or the release fork could be bent!!!
