Middle Lane Hogs
I have a forge dump valve and is not working right afaik

when in low revs she will make a light hiss which i think as normal

but when you in boost around 4-5000 revs theres nothing

so i took it off fearing the worst of course

any one know whats up with it or a way to sort it out

I have stripped it cleaned it and lubed it and still no difference

so any thoughts would be appreciated

cheers lads

Is there a nut at the top that can be loosened? Sometimes they are either too tight or not tight enough.

the forge one dont have an ajuster nut but you can change the springs in them for harder or softer, what colour spring is in yours, i think they come with a blue one as standard ,i think the red is the hardest and theres a yellow which is medium i think

Sounds like the little activation pipe is plumbed wrong! or blocked,
There should be a small pipe coming off the dump valve and going to the inlet manifold side of the throttle body,
This is the pipe that communicates the negative pressure of a closed throttle to the dump valve, whih opens the valve which dumps the boost!
The quiet hiss you hear at low revs is probably form the induction system!
Hope you get sorted!
