Those K&N oily filters

Quick question - do these oily filters damage your MAF?

Some tuners seem to thinks so and yet others have them listed from Stage 1 to Stage 5!!!

K&N and green cotton panel filters dont cause problems IMO.

AFAIK they are fine from new, but over oiling them after cleaning them does cause issues with MAF's.

You can get dry air filter like the Apexi filter.

As above we recommend K&N. Its over oil-ing from owners themselves that can cause problems.
