Top mounts?

I have a slight knock at low speed over uneven surfaces-just wondering if anyone has had this-I suspect top mounts.
 
Is it coming from the front or back?
Ive an awful noise comin from the back passenger shock which i suspect is the top mount.
Common problem i believe.
 
Try the anti-roll bar bushings and see if there gone or on the way out :thumbsup:

Ive a simular problem and thats what it is.
 
had a similar problem before, thought it was the top mounts or the exhaust banging but turned out that some clown had refitted the rear windscreen and done a bogey job, was not secured at the bottom. Dunno if that helps :thumbsup:
 
Well I have a set of front top mounts off an GC8 Impreza there if ya wanna try them?

Very true actually, could be the lower ball joint on the control arm :thumbsup:
