noise

Hi Guys have a noise while driving some times
hard to describe but can sometimes sound like a morse code / electrical beep , very faint
think it is when the widow is open
have figured it isnt electrical and it is actually a wind noise from bonnet vent
only now and again
does this happen on classic impreza?
car has no problems its 100% so not mechanical
im sure its wind its only when car is moving and not when stationery
has my head wrecked
any ideas much appreciated

could it be from round the wing mirrors???

Could be some of the little torques that live in the engine morse coding a message trying to escape

Yeah what Mark says, the wing mirrors can allow air through the gaps, mask up the gaps on your wing mirrors & go for another spin to see is that the problem.
