How do I bleed...

The coolant system. Have the engine back in and almost ready to rock... one thing i've to do is re fill the coolant system. anyonw kno exactly how much it takes?

Undo the plug in the rad let out the old stuff and just fill it up till it takes no more
then start the car with the cap off water will drop just repeat till it stopps dropping.
Go for a run let it cool then have a look if it needs to be topped up

Did you get the turbo on in the end?

make sure to put the heater control to the hot position...........

Yea got the turbo on, it is back off at the mo but it fits.

When your initially filling it up make sure you keep squeezing the main tube from the rad to get rid of air - so basically when you fill it to the top, squeeze the tube (you'll see the level drop) then repeat until it won't take anymore... (it's a long process). then start the engine with the cap off and heater turned to hot, let it reach idle temp then turn off, replace cap (careful not to burn fingers) and bring for a spin.... let it cool down and re-check and top up if required
