Throttle when cold

I have a 95 rs legacy, when she is cold sometimes its like she is missing and then when your about 2 thousand revs and leave off the revs stay up foe 2 or 3 seconds. Any ideas , when she warms up there is no trouble at all

Not sure but I think a lot of legacys do this-dont like throttle til oil temp is up.
