should i do it or leave it alone?
im the same every time i get a new car
have to be fixing/replacing things when they probably dont need fixing.

my reasoning is that im getting inconsistent performance especially below 4k (primary turbo). one minute she'll take off like a shot other times its like im only getting partial boost? only other think i can think of is plugs which i'll be changing soon anyway

ideas??

You could try a bit of carb cleaning spray , but don't spray it onto the filament too long as it will get too cold & you could damage it . Best way is to give it a short 3 sec burst , let it evaporate for a minute & do it again if needed .

No , DON'T touch it . :noway: The carb cleaner will evaporate afterwards . You could damage the element by using a brush as they are very delicate .
