spot light bulb blowing

lads my passenger side spot light keeps blowing, the first one went about a month ago and the third one just went today.

the wiring and everything look ok at the back, could it be the bulbs?? or maybe vibrations :dontknow:

are yatouching the bulb wit your fingers :ponder2:

cos some of them overheat if there's finger prints on them

Is it just your passenger side(i.e-drivers side hasn't blown)? If so fault could be water related or bad connection plug causing a surge.

@ ruaidhri555 - driver side hasnt blown, theres no water getting in

@noel - could be the bulbs alrite, got mine on ebay aswell

lads id say it could be cheap badly produced bulbs, go to halfords get bosch ones never had problems always got ages outta them. PS make sure the retaining clip is tight when bulb is in situ, should be tight bulb shouldnt rattle.

Could be the bulbs alright, I'd recommend bosch too, or other high quality bulbs. If they keep blowing then something is earthing or there's a power surge.

Wiring problems can be a real pain to fix, they take hours but ya get a real satisfied feeling when ya finally sort it. A multi meter can be your best friend here

dont think any bulbs are that sh1t lads,
even your average ebay stuff...i have ebay stuff in my car and never blown any bulbs other than leds flickering!!!!

Check for a break somewhere along the circuit. There could be a small break with water getting to it. :dontknow:
