legacy fog light bulb

Ive a 00 legacy b4 and one of my yellow fog light bulbs is blown, its a H3 yellow bulb and I cant find another one anywhere, tried motor factors, subaru and internet but no luck, anybody know where I can get one? thanks.
 
i could be wrong but i think the bulb is a normal white bulb and there is a surround in the lamp that gives the yellow colour or the lens itself is yellow!!!!
