turbo whine

Sunday Drivers
have a sti v6 vlimited with a hks induction kit notice the turbo sounds noiser is it the induction kit causing it or the turbo on the way out cheers for any feed back
 
no its on since i bought it car is running fine no smoke boost is fine had a type r previous had a flat panel and air box no noise though
 
such as the blades braking and been sucked in to the engine this is me second one and they are kept immaculate and serviced so the nice hasnt come from neglect its a whine constantly when coming off the throtle and when it shuts off sorry for being so vague not much of a typist
