impreza pipe disconnected

HI can anyone tell me what the pipe at the back of the belts and pullies is it has a little green cap with an L on it mine seems to have disconnected itself the pipe that is not the cap is this dangerous ? i dont know how long its been like this and i just dont have 12 bolt at the mo to fix it. i will asap :subaru:
 
There is no suction out of it or the hole that it connects into and air con is working fine :hammerhead:

thats the air con connection to the pump.....
your air con ie defo not working mate....
theres no gas in the system if the pipe is disconnected...

you'll have to get the air con system recharged with gas!!!
think its bout 150/200 euro providing there is no leaks in the system!!!
