i have a few scratches on the windscreen..............fecking engagement ring. :angry1:

i was told if i go and get it done in a local place, they will just put in a normal one.
is it possible to get a genuine subaru one from a dealer or a tinted one like the standard type r.

its just another little thing that bugs me withe the car.
iv gotten a quote from the local place for a normal window....think it was 300.
but was talking to one of the lads that did his leggy and he said it was the worst thing he did.
he said he should have got a tinted one.
 
Hi Dohc,

Got front window replaced with my insurance for the leggy, window would have cost €250. Thats the one with the green tint across the top.Same as the origional one that ws in it. With auto glass out in santry, didn't think it was a bad price considering. Thankfully i did't have too pay. some places fix scratches on windows. Just for info for ya. :thumbsup: :thumbsup:
