Front pads

I got a new set of pads this evening for the front of my WRX.
Got home and took then out of the box to find one of them had a bit cracked off in the middle.
in the very middle of the pad(friction side) its like a bit is chipped off with a chisel-the bit was in the box
bout the size of a cent coin


Stick em on or get them replaced?? :doh:
 
probably wouldnt make a massive difference seen as the piece missing is in the centre of the pad philip!!!!!
should send back and get new set IMO....

Marko-was thinking the same myself, but also thinkin they could crumble like biscuits if they've a weak spot im em? :dontknow:

They're a set of Apec braking 698's

Think il bring them back tomorrow lads
took them a week to order them in,
thats why im soo reluctant to bring them back!
 
box says they're suitable for impreza 22B 98-00
impreza turbo 98-00
Nissan ZX 90-94
Stuck these on in the end tonight...got bored!!!
Strange combination of othrer cars they fit!
