differences in type UK and JDM impreza WRX

Hi,

I'm more than likely going to buy that silver 00 uk impreza wagon Lisagh has for sale. I just want to know what the differences are between that and and V5 JDM wrx? Engine wise internally, turbo, injectors, ecu etc. Are the engine internals the same will the ecu in my WRX fit in the UK WRX?

I've always wanted a nice wagon in that colour and this one has come up at a good price. All advice, suggestions and comments welcome

Internally the engines are the same....the ecu from a JDM wrx dont think are the same,wiring mite be ok but they have different MAPS on them,hence why we re-map JDM cars....same as a n STI ECU wont fit a wrx....
