k&n filters have never effected a maf in a subaru.

just prefer oil free, no major concerns.......

I think the Cosworth filters that Couture stock are oil free.

Pipercross panel filters are oil free. Got mine in proparts. I used a pipercross viper cold air induction kit in my previous car and was very happy with it, thats why i stuck with pipercross.
But most people do say that K&N are the best filters and if you go on their website they have a whole section dedicated to the myth behind oil and maf sensors.
