5th gear over 180km

hi all just new to this and need help i have a 99 b4 and never drove it on till 2 day and noticed over a 180 km and revs at 5 to 5 and a half thousand revs it was jumpy or losen power never does this in 1st gear to 4th gear in those revs please help
 
Jap imports are limited to 180 kph. They can be unlimited by remapping or getting an apexi RSM and theres probably other ways
 
tanxs lads but its delimited and remapped and i had it down to the end way past 180

checked speed limiter (on a runway) kicks in at 5300rpm defo not delimited ide say
