WHATS THE BEST DUMP VALVE FOR STI

I HAVE READ THAT THE STI STANDARD DUMP VALVE IS FULLY RESERCULATING AND SEING AS THE HKS SSQV IS NON RESERCULATING IS THERE ANY OTHER DUMP VALVES THAT WUD BE BETTER FOR IT OR ARE THESE OK????? :subaru:
 
i have a baileys twin piston dv26 on my sti type r no problems at all.

I have a HKS SSQV on my type R and the car runs perfect.
 
is a forge dump valve any good, or should i go for a different one. i have a 1996 wrx jap

forge is fine and high quality products. just change if your lookin for a sound change......
